I was born in Masan City, South Korea on January 20, 1992. Five months later, I moved to Portland, Oregon, where I spent my childhood and attended Woodrow Wilson High School.

After graduating in 2010, I moved to San Luis Obispo, California to attend one of the top architecture programs in the nation, California Polytechnic State University.

During my 4th year, I had the privilege of studying abroad in Florence, Italy, giving me a unique learning experience which influenced my growth as both a person and an architecture student.

I am a member of the Daedalus Chapter of Alpha Rho Chi, a national social and professional fraternity for architecture and the allied arts.
